So...no more whining about the record not being finished will appear on these pages. It's friggin' done and is currently away duplicating itself many thousands of times. Judah Nagler of The Velvet Teen did a spectacular job on the artwork: scribbledarrowbrokencaroilrigkaliblood bonanza.

The record - entitled "Decline of Day"- will be released nationally early this Fall by Fortune Records. We'll have a preview of some new songs on this site within the next month or maybe even sooner. Once again, a huge THANK YOU to all of you who helped us out during the recording process - especially Chris Manning, Jim Greer, Judah Nagler and Mia Greene.

Yes, the typical anticlimax of finishing a huge project did visit us, but not for long. We are too busy getting our ducks in a row for our Summer shows and Fall tour. Anyone interested giving suggestions or help for our Northwest tour, please email me.

Our drummer Ethan is currently touring nationally with Jesse Colin Young - eating alligator in South Carolina, signing autographs in Michigan, demanding hot towels and bottled Evian in New Jersey. We've heard nasty rumours of foot massages from 13-year-old groupies in Mississippi. Only one of these rumours is actually true. Can you guess which one? If so, email me and I'll send you a free sticker. We miss Ethan horribly. He cooks a mean omelet. But he promises that he will return from rockstar glory for our July gigs.

In the meantime, we are lucky enough to be playing with the amazing Mike Romano. He will be joining us on drums at our first ever Los Angeles gig on June 28th at The Silverlake Lounge. Please see our other show dates here.

In other news: Greg moves to the City, Nils searches for a chiropractor, Joe now exclusively deals in fish and my belly continues to show me the Dark Side.

We hope to see you soon.

xo,

Kelly "more yoghurt please" Atkins
